Navy blue is a colour that makes us scratch our memory about school uniforms or outfits that are perfectly formal. While a darker shade like black is playful enough, navy blue somehow isn’t seen that way. So trying to change our minds is actress Vidya Balan with her georgette saree by Abraham & Thakore.

The solid colour saree features sequin work in gold hand-painted all over it. Moreover, the saree has its beauty attributed to the prints that have taken inspiration from bandhani, a tie-dye technique. Vidya paired it with a V-necked elbow length blouse that is devoid of any prints.
